DP Special: Cyno and Furina Artwork

Due to me (Michael Kumpmann) finding the EXTREMELY Generous fanwork policy of Mihoyo regarding Genshin (which even allows commercial use) [1],  (Thanks a lot to the creators. I really appreciate that.  Especially when compared to other companies.) I decided it would be extremely cool and extremely fun to use that and do some artwork.  And perhaps my fans like it.  I decided to use the characters Furina and Cyno. Furina is my personal favourite character in Genshin. And on topic of Cyno: I got this character accidently while trying to pull for Furina. So, in my mind, the 2 are already linked. And after talking to Manuel Peters about the meaning behind why Cyno hunts for Scarabs, I got a pretty cool idea for an artwork. 

For Furina, I simply chose a small holidays scene inspired by older german commercials.

The Idea for the main Cyno Artwork came from 2 things: Cyno needs Scarabs in the game to become more powerful.  Thus, I took inspiration from an ancient egyptian scarab statue. And related to the scarab is the word Kepher/Xepher (I combined the Sethian wording of Xeper and the traditional wording of Kepher to combine tradition and modernity and because I thought that sounds cool. And I thought due to greek/latin, Xepher might be the most authentic of both. ) which roughly means "I become" of "I become better/stronger" , which is also a symbol of personal development. This is probably the reason why Cyno needs to find scarabs in the game to grow stronger. 

(By the way: Apparently, in german, the Word Kaefer (meaning bug), is directly derived from the word Xeper.)
I also added some other, older art to the mix.
